A city earns its place by depth, not by speed. We open when the register can hold its own.

Enough dishes to use the app meaningfully. The daily Edit may still be light. Subscribers welcome — the work is honest about where it is.

Completion percentage reflects dish density — the count of verified, ranked dishes seeded by editors and Tastemakers against the threshold we set for each city. It is not a guess.
